Do you accept walk ins or is it by appointment only?

Yes, we accept walk-ins, however availability for walk ins will be based upon pre-bookings. We recommend you book before hand through the book now button as there may not be any availability for a walk in if we are fully booked with online pre-booked appointments. 

We do not accept walk in's within 15 minutes of closing.

If I don't see the appointment I want online or if there aren't any appointments available online, can I still get a cut that day? 

If there aren't any appointments showing on our booking system, we either fully booked or off for the day. We get a cancellations from time to time so we recommend checking the site again later!

Can I cancel my own appointment? 

Yes. When you booked, you will receive a text and an email confirmation. Click the link in the confirmation message and it will bring you back to the site where you can cancel.

How much notice do I need to give for a cancellation?

Although we'd prefer as much notice as possible, We understand that things come up last minute! This is why we allow you to cancel your own appointment up to 4 hours before the appointment starts. Within 4 hours, you may be charged up to the cost of your service. 

Am I able to book more than one appointment at once? 

Yes, but you have to book directly through the website to book multiple appointments at one time. Unfortunately you can only book one service at a time through Google and Instagram booking. 

How far out am I able to book an appointment? 

We allow for appointments to be booked online up to one month out but you may call or schedule an appointment after your cut further than one month away.

Do you accept debit and credit cards? 

Yes, we accept debit cards and all major credit cards and cold hard CASH!

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, gift cards of any denonimation are available in shop!
